　　做好自己介绍的时间把控，做好具体的时间分配。公司面试的自我介绍一般在3～5分钟结束，最多不超过10分钟。另外，时间分配上要把握好。假若5分钟做自我介绍，1分钟要做完自然情况介绍，包括教育经历;最近几年的工作介绍要占到3分钟;其余的经历用1分钟。如果最近两年没做什么事，可以把自认为自己最有价值的一段经历介绍两分钟。

　　做好介绍内容把控，在经历中挑选与工作相关的内容。面试者要把自己曾经做过的事情说清楚，对应时间节点的工作单位、工作地点、工作岗位、担任职务、工作内容等，尤其是对最近几年做过的事情要重点来说。较早之前的工作经验，或者学习的经验可以一带而过，要把握“重点突出”的原则。
